As a Contractor & Project Manager, Chris has developed both residential and commercial properties (rehab & new construction) throughout Cuyahoga County, ranging in scope from single family homes to 20+ unit apartment complexes.

Ilya Palatnik is Executive Vice President at Cross Country Mortgage in downtown Cleveland where he oversees 70 staff. Ilya has 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry and ran his own operations center for 14 years. Prior to joining CCM, he worked at Goldwater Bank for 6 years. Ilya has been renovating single family homes for 14 years.
